Power Personnel offers the most compensation in the California region.  While on assignment you are paid directly by Power Personnel.

Power Personnel believes in caring for their employees and their loved ones. We have flexible benefit packages that will suit you and your family needs. Power Personnel offers Kaiser HMO as the health care provider.

Loyalty Bonus
Power Personnel wants to thank you for being a loyal employee. We have designed a bonus program to pay you up to $500 simply for completing 120 shifts with us. You are eligible to receive this bonus every time you complete 120 shifts within twelve months. Yes, you may receive this multiple times! You could receive as much as $1,000 in twelve months.

Refer-A-Friend Bonus
A career as a Power Personnel nurse is very exciting, so perhaps you have a friend or colleague who would be interested in learning more about this great opportunity. Up to a $400 bonus will be paid to you, once your referral works 30 shifts for us. You may refer as many people as you would like and in return receive a $400 bonus for each one on each occasion.

Sign-on / Completion Bonus
Power Personnel pays up to a $1000 bonus for Registered Nurses. $300 will be paid once you have successfully completed 144 hours of work. Another $300 will be paid to you upon successful completion of an additional 144 hours of work.  Upon successful completion of your assignment,  an additional 180 hours of work, you will receive $400. Earn multiple bonuses at the same location.  Hours must be worked within one year.

Travel Reimbursement (for Travel Nurses)
Most travel reimbursement is contract specific and dependent upon the duration of your assignment. However, should you use your own automobile we do reimburse at $.48 per mile up to $500 for a round trip to California from your home. Public transportation including airplane or train tickets is reimbursed up to $500 depending upon your contract and the length and completion of your assignment.

Auto Rental Reimbursement (for Travel Nurses)
Power Personnel will reimburse you for use of a rental automobile to and from work. However, specific rates are dependent upon the length of your assignment.

Licensure Reimbursement (for Travel Nurses)
Power Personnel will reimburse you up to $136.00 for your State of California Licensure fees should you need to endorse your license from your home state to California.

Housing Subsidy (for Travel Nurses)
We pay a very generous housing subsidy.  A shared two bedroom, two bath apartment is typical, however should you prefer your own private apartment, we can arrange this also.

Shift Differentials
Shift Differentials are contract specific with each facility.

Weekly Payroll
Power Personnel has a weekly pay period. We are pleased to reward you weekly for your effort. It.

If you ever have any questions or concerns about your travels, a Power Personnel staff member will always be happy to talk to you. We always have staff members handling calls from our employees and clients 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
